Orders are shipped from Denmark. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and typically range from 2 - 7 business days depending on your delivery country, and are estimates rather than guarantees.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address you provided.

Please inspect your delivery upon receipt and contact us promptly if the shipment is damaged or incomplete.

If a delivery is delayed significantly, please contact us and we will assist in tracking your shipment or, where appropriate, offer a solution.

 

Orders shipped to Norway

Mikkelsen Copenhagen is not currently VAT-registered in Norway. As a result, the prices displayed at checkout do not include Norwegian import VAT.

When your order arrives in Norway, it will pass through Norwegian customs. Norwegian VAT (currently 25%) will be charged on the shipment, along with a small handling fee charged by the carrier (e.g. Bring, PostNord, or DHL). This fee is separate from Mikkelsen Copenhagen and is paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.
